    We offer the following pilates classes:

    [divider marginbottom="0" margintop="10"] B= Beginner. You've never done Pilates before or you've tried it only a few times. I= Intermediate. You have done a Pilates assessment before and understand the 10 principles. A= Advanced. You have a thorough knowledge of Pilates. All exercises are developed with modifications that can make a workout safe and challenging for a person at any level. Classes vary: Using Mat, Ball, Theraband, Pilates Rings, Foam Rollers. Each client has to purchase their own Theraband and foam roller for hygiene purposes. For enquiries contact 082 301 4125. Prior notice will be given to clients based on the type of class in order to bring in their equipment on the day.

Pilates for medical conditions/general fitness/sports specific

This type of training requires one on one training and it is not advisable in a group setting. Programmes are set for the clients specific needs using specialized equipment to target weak muscle groups or strengthen muscles for a specific sport(cycling, surfing, golf, running). Medical, we work closely with your physiotherapist and chiropractor to ensure the patient benefits from the pilates sessions and avoid any contraindicating movements.
