Pilates for medical conditions/general fitness/sports specific

This type of training requires one on one training and it is not advisable in a group setting. Programmes are set for the clients specific needs using specialized equipment to target weak muscle groups or strengthen muscles for a specific sport(cycling, surfing, golf, running). Medical, we work closely with your physiotherapist and chiropractor to ensure the patient benefits from the pilates sessions and avoid any contraindicating movements.
