Pre and post natal pilates


Your trainer, will guide you through each trimester, making  your birth process easier, however each birth experience is different.  Pilates exercises strengthen the pelvic floor and the abdominal, preparing your body for the birth process and ensuring that your recovery is faster.

Post Natal – Recti diastasis (rectus abdominis, muscles in your abdomen separate during pregnancy, leaving a gap that allows your belly to pooch out.) Our programs will assist you to reduce the gap in the abdomen, and strengthen the pelvic floor, abdominals and spine.
